Design And Implementation Of Corba In The Network Operations Management System

Today, along with the network becoming more and more complex, it enhances requirement for network management. These requirements include providing the standard interface for information shared in management system, reacting quickly to changes of network and providing the measure to manage network on a large scale. The way to implement them is to design an opening distributed network management system that uses CORBA. The CORBA interface of this system can simplify communication with other systems. The expansibility of this system can apply to the future development and the distributed features of CORBA strengthen the management of network devices.As the extension of network management, job management emphasizes the reasonable and effective utility of network resource. The conventional mainframe computers transfer their computing tasks and data processing to distributed network computing environment. The kind of transfer can improve the computing capability of workstation and reduce cost. And at the same time Job management system can provide a whole solution about how to use the distributed and heterogeneous computer network to shape the consistent network-computing environment.This thesis illustrates the design of jobs management system-JMS.lt can implement load balance in distributed computer system. Users can make sufficientlly use of all kinds of resources, enhance efficiency and reduce cost in distributed heterogeneous network environment.This thesis describes a CORBA object system designing for communication between the client and server in JMS. It includes a serial of CORBA objects that provide the job management and one client application that obtains the information from the server.
