| China Mobile telecommunication network management adopts parent company and province centralized management system. Its goal is to realize centralized-control network management, centralized-operation network elements, performance uniform analysis, configuration data uniform facture, network resource uniform management, centralized- establishment network optimization project, and so on, to enhance network elements ratio centrally controlled by province company and to carry out centrally maintain and manage the whole network. We are exploring to achieve district maintenance.All kinds of professional network management systems and information platforms including traffic network management, data network management and EOMS, and so on have been constructed according to the uniform layout of parent company and province company. The construction and application of these systems provide support to carry out the centralized operation and maintenance systems of our province, which is the important component of our province support work.Every specialty network management system is the main operation and supported ways. On the basis above, Proper network management means realized by our province employees are beneficial supported means, Local research is considered to meet the requirement when some requirements are relatively urgent and not met by network management system in time .At the same time, requirement survey is attached importance, so that it is ready for we to carry out these requirements in specialty network management system.Some operation and maintenance toolkit instances carried out by our province are addressed in this thesis, I am responsible for the whole requirement survey, system design and implement of the project, at present, the system is successfully applied in our province.The check tool design and implement of network management system performance identification integrality is introduced in this thesis, I take part in the study and research process of the project. |
