With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the computer network has been around every corner of peoples’social life and become a indispensible part of daily life. Computer network business is expanding gradually and a variety of business need network upgrading constantly, which makes peoples’awareness of the network increasing, network services demand increase ceaselessly and put forward higher requirements about network management, quality of service and network security etc. How to minimize the network operation cost of quality assurance, low price and reliable network service, is an urgent problem, but also a enormous challenge for healthy development of network services. From the resources allocation, task scheduling mechanism, cyber source deployment and system parameter configuration and other aspects of network optimization is part of the solution and the best way is to improve the effective management of network service.Network management will face with a massive, heterogeneous and distributed network environment, which requires network services management software has high reusability, flexibility, scalability and accomplish "on-demand, rapid construction" Thus, management software can custom different functions based on network administrator, system administrator and users’needs to achieve effective management and meet the needs of different levels. It needs an advantage service-oriented architecture playing in the large-scale distributed systems. The architecture provides a standardized, loosely coupled, service-oriented and dynamic interactive services and these features can enhance the flexibility of the system, deploy rapidly new applications to enable enterprises to be calmer in the face of business changes. Facing with complex network environment, this architecture can simplify technical problems by screening a variety of complicated technical details, which supports distributed computing and transparent applications or services across network, hardware, operating system platform interacting, meets the needs of a large number of applications, supports standard protocols and interfaces and can run on multiple hardware and operating system platforms. After long-term exploration and practice of many enterprises and government departments in the world of IT service management (ITSM),we obtain that ITSM should fuse network management, systems management, system development management and other management activities and be combined with of the theory and practice of the process of asset management, change management, problem management etc to ensure the collaborative process of IT service quality through service level agreement (SLA).To Improve the ability and level of business or IT service providers,it is necessary to integrate of IT services and organization’s business by process-oriented, customer-centric approach. Therefore, this paper proposes a hierarchical model of network service management middleware architecture to meet changing network management applications needs and solve the problem of poor scalability, flexibility and reusability due to the high coupling between management system and network elements. This architecture model use service-oriented architecture and the ITSM management concept, provide JBI specification Plug and Play service deployment mechanism realize the flexibility and mobility of network service management with essential core management functions and provided by the middleware and thin client user interface technology. In this paper, the architecture model achieve the access and management of network service by the binding components supporting different protocols, achieve the core functions of the network service management in the middleware, and provide users with a visual display by Web page. In this way, it not only realizes logical separation of network service resources and users, but also provides users with an intuitive management facilitate management and discover problems timely for network administrators.
