Analysis And Design Of Based On UML Model For Traceability System In Production Process Information

With the development of society, there is a growing concern with product quality. But product security crisis and recalling continue to happen, thus product quality traceability system attracts people's attention. Manufactures want to know where their products go and consumers want to trace the origins of goods they buy, both of which are to confirm reliability, security and quality of products. Thus, there is a trend of designing and developing processing information traceability systems.However, processing information traceability system involves many departments, many types and complex data.If there isn't a well basic data platform, it is difficult to achieve effective management of processing information traceability system. Object oriented modeling method can more easily sorted out use cases and obtained user needs from complex processing information traceability system. When required to do any function changes of the system, only required to improve class or object of the system,while need not big changes. This paper proposes a UML-based development to processing information traceability system for this condition. According to the technological and scientific project in Chongqing, we carry out the research on application of processing information traceability system with UML modeling technology.This paper by analysis of existent research results both domestic and abroad, we fully study OOP modeling method, content and development of UML, and RUP, and further analyze the advantages of OOP method on design of traceability system.This paper analyze the requirement of processing information traceability system. After analysis these requirements, the system's Boundary Model and Question Field can be confirmed, so we drew up all of requirements with the Total Use Case diagram. We carry out the analysis and design of a processing information traceability system based on UML and RUP. We complete the precise analysis of static and dynamic procedure respectively, achieving the analysis model. This paper mainly focus on system physical schema and database design, thus a design model comes out. Finally, processing information traceability is implemented by using Rose2003, VC++6.0, and MySQL, etc.The system proposed in this paper has already been put into practice in a food company in Chongqing. Test operation shows that the system meet the actual demands with excellent performance.
