RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is one of the most widely adopted contactless automatic methods for target identifying. It has the virtues of cotactless,read-write flexibility,speediness,high security,and is widely used in all kinds of application fields. Currently, the domestic RFID technology is kind of lagging behind, thus Research on the design of RFID tag chip and digital-analog mixed integrated circuits is very important and has a bright market perspective.This thesis origins from the research on"the RFID chip design and the application of tag in the tire product"of Qingdao industry information laboratory.The digital control circuit system for RFID electronic tag chip is presented according to the ISO/IEC 15693 RFID protocol criterion. Both the digital control circuit system and the EPROM memory system design are detailed described, including their working theory, circuit construct and physical map. Finally, the AC logic power supply theory is examined and the use of AC logic power supply in tag chip design is discussed.Key research achievements of the thesis includes:ISO/IEC 15693 RFID protocol are carefully studied, and the key techniques of RFID system are examined, which lay a solid basis of the design of 13.56MHz tag.Architecture of the digital control circuit on electronic tag chip is designed on the basis of ISO/IEC 15693 RFID protocol. The Receive&Send control module, Mapping module, state machine of the digital control circuit system was implemented. The module of the digital control circuit system and the whole system are tested and verified by the means from module-level to system-level.As a result, our design can meet the demand.Base on the requirement of ISO/IEC 15693 RFID protocol, design and implementation of Modules such as Memory cell of 4-transistor EEPROM, address decoding, shifter register, read-write control, are fulfilled. Fit for domestic manufacturing technology's 4-transistor memory cell and high-voltage switch cell have been designed.On the basis of the deep research on AC logic, the key techniques of the application of AC logic powered theory on RFID tag chip is examined. A basic AC logic powered circuit cell which lay the foundation of the design of AC-powered RFID tag is put forward, some simulation result are given. Finally, just take the design of Read-only RFID tag chip as an example, specifically the technology and the method of the application of AC logic power supply theory in RFID tag chip is discussed.
