Research And Implementation On Parts Inventory Management And Model Of Networked After-Sales Service System

With the development of car manufacture, after-sales service has become the main resource of the manufactories' profit, and upstanding service can enhance the advantage of the enterprises. Inventory management is an important part of after-sales service, the efficient management of depot spare parts is the precondition of the car manufactory achieving distribution and repairing. The operation data of spare parts in and out the depot are very large, handwork note may result in big errors, effect the quality of after-sales service. And manual analyzing of the large operation data is hard to guarantee the rationality of storage amount. Using the resolve approach of informatization and relative network technologies to realize the management of after service can achieve the record of business quantity precisely, and examine the definitude and detail of the business and balance accounts. At the same time, imformatization management can also control the spare parts' amount rigorously, and manage the storage efficiently.This paper based on the small medium-size manufacturing enterprises, business statue in after-sales service department of car manufactory is analyzed, the role of spare parts inventory in after-sales service is expounded, the function requirement is obtained during analyzing the operation of spare parts inventory management, and use-case is also modeled with relation modeling tools. Then the theory of cooperation is discussed in this paper, and the cooperation inventory management model based on supply chains is analyzed, the problem of parts overstock is solved. At the same time, in this paper, the cooperation approach of data exchanging between companies and the most optimist copartner choice scheme base on activity of cost analytical method are researched. This paper is discussed the delaminating of structure system based on C/S, and share parts inventory management system of after-sales service is designed, some technologies about designing the system is also studied. At last, reducing the cost of share parts and storage of stock is achieved with the model of cooperation inventory management base on chains after applying the system, which is also demonstrated the merit of cooperation inventory management model. In addition, the summary of the studied contents is made in the paper, the deficiency is presented and the next research is also prospected.
