Aim at meeting the requirements of electric power system management automation and cyberlization , this thesis describes a system which builds up a wireless, real-time, multiobject remote monitoring system of electric equipment depending on GPRS network of China Mobile Telecommunication Company.It has high transfer rate with low costs and can interconnect directly with the Internet.The wireless remote monitoring system of electric equipment is to utilize GPRS technology to control the operation parameters of electric equipment real-timely and remotely.The monitor objects were chose through massive actual investigation and analysis. Based on the actuality and developing trend in the remote monitoring system of electric equipment, the thesis proposed a new design idea and functions of the full system, which combined the ARM MPU with real-time operating systemμC/OS- II .The hardware of the monitoring terminal was designed by using MPU-S3C44B0X as the main control unit and adopting Motorola G20 as GPRS communication module, thus increased the operating speed and data handling capacity of the system.In order to satisfy the demand of real-time ability and multitask management, the thesis transplantedμC/OS- II embedded real-time operating system to MPU of the monitoring terminal.The software is developed underμC/OS- II according to the monitoring terminal's functions.VB6.0 was applied to design the application of monitor computer, which roughly realized the remote monitor of the operation parameters of electric equipment real-timely.
