Chemiluminescence immunoassay quantitative determination instrument(CIQA)is a medical instrument used for human detection in biological and medical industry,which has been widely used because of its powerful function and sample processing system. However, as its large number of detection of samples and various items, the management of all kinds of data information, testing state of the machine is necessary.With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, especially GPRS technology with its advantage of short access time, high transmission rate and low cost of connection has been widely used in remote monitoring, data acquisition, satellite positioning and other fields. Therefore this paper presents the design and implementation of remote management system of CIQA equipment based on GPRS.Remote management system of CIQA equipment based on GPRS is divided into two parts including the hardware design and software design. The hardware system includes client, DTU, Ethernet switch equipment and high performance server. The software system is divided into three parts: the database sysem design, the DTU system design and the bar code system design according to the function requirement analysis The paper focuses on the design and realization of software system.① For the management of the CIQA equipment sales, bar code detection quantity,quality control information and the calibration information statistics, the CIQA database system is designed according to the relationship model to manage centrally.The database system is divided into three including the sales information, bar code information and the statistical information system. The underlying information includes equipment information, the client agent detection equipment information, the instrument maintenance and cleaning information and so on.② For the management of real time monitoring and communication servicebetween the CIQA client and server, the DTU system is designed guarantee the real time communication and remote control according to the data transmission unit of function.Based on the working mode of DTU and CIQA detection process, the DTU system can be divided into the following eight modules: initialization, serial port inquiry calls,format transmission configuration, query the DTU mode, DTU network connection,network connection IP query, IP query data center and network.③ For the management of the access and state for CIQA client, the bar code system according is designed to control client access and use according to the AES encryption and decryption algorithm. The bar code system includes barcode generation subsystem, bar code verification system and bar code installation system.Finally, the paper verifies the function of the CIQA remote management system based on GPRS. The results of verification shows that the system can provide real time communication between chemiluminescence analyzer client and its server host, and complete the management of instrument and the state information., greatly decreasing the time of diagnosis and repair of the machine. What’s more, the system greatly reduces the cost of maintenance with better practicability and stronger expansibility,which is convenient for popularization and application for enterprise at the same time.
