Research Of Multi-database Retrieval System In Digital Library

Computer storage technology with the rapid development and the rapid popularization of the network, available through the Internet Database Query Library has become the main mode of service. Libraries and the number of self-built database are growing increasingly rich variety. However, in view of the database data structure, retrieval mechanisms, retrieval operation are different, the resources exist overlapping, enables users to search too heavy a burden. How from the perspective of one-stop access to a number of different types of database resources, Library has become the need to address a major problem. Cross-retrieval system is to solve this problem arose.In this paper, the Digital Library and Research were introduced. Retrieval of the inter-related metadata, XML, retrieval model is described in detail in note. On J2EE technology framework of the JSP, Servlet, EJB were analyzed. Detailed comparative analysis of the solution Distributed tight coupling and loosely coupled integration, Java technology is used to combine the MVC design model constructed by the University Libraries across the retrieval model.
