Nevertheless, through comparing and analyzing the developing conditions of the public library cause from 2001-2003, the author finds that: at present, the public library cause of Guangdong is in a serious state of imbalance. The conditions of imbalance not only exist among the Pearl River Delta region, the Northern region, the. Eastern region and the Western region of Guangdong, but it also exists in the internal of every region. What's more, in the internal of every region, among every cities and every township, the conditions of imbalance still exist.What leads to the result? I think there are three reasons: First, the development of the regional economy is in the condition of the imbalance. Second, the different degree of attentions to the local public library cause come from the Government departments. Third, the reasons come from libraries own. Based on a detailed analysis of the seasons above, the author thinks there are many measures to solve the problem: First, draw on the experiences of developed countries, speeding up the Legislative. process of the public library.
