The Application Research Of Telecom SPS System Based On SOA

The Chinese telecom industry has to face a lot of challenge when we have become a member of WTO. At first, it is how to meet the change of business rapidly according to the change of market. In order to supply high quality services to customers efficiently and save cost of enterprise, the Hunan telecom enterprise must combine the Customer Relationship Management and the Service Process System to an IT system. CRM/SPS system is the core of Hunan telecom enterprise IT system and the Service Process System is an important component of the project. The author makes research in the project based on SOA and gives design and implement scheme of the Service Process System.The paper particularly introduces the concept, the object and the character of SOA at first. It point out the advantage of SOA to enterprise application and what benefit it can brings to the enterprise on technology and business. Then, the paper introduces two important technologies in SOA application, Web service and business process management. The web service integrates with SOA easily because of its universality and what is independent of flat. Business process management can manage and invoke every service for implement the business by create correct business process, so it's also a pivotal factor of SOA. The paper illustrates the development of Web service which based on Spring frame and the business process which implemented by BPEL language. The design of process and interface and the model of data transmission have been pointed out. At last the paper designs the whole frame of telecom BOSS system which includes CRM/SPS to display the expansibility of the system, and uses the credible test result to demonstrate the superiority on performance of the CRM/SPS system based on SOA.
