Public Financial Data Analysis System Design Based On Datawarehouse

The public financial system is for building the sole account management of the state treasury, its goal is to strengthen finance fund to turn over to the national management and to unify to open the account in the state treasury and its agents. Its basic main point is all disbursements units are not allowed to open their own account in the bank, but opened the account by the finance department in the bank, handles the disbursement for all disbursements unit, under the total account carries on the detailed calculation according to the disbursement unit and the feature of fund.And this article take the data analysis subsystem of the public financial system as the background, unifies Oracle 9i database, introduced the data warehouse definition, the characteristic and the constituent, and narrated the data warehouse multi-dimensional data construction of data and the correlation technology, at the same time introduced the data mining technology, the method and the application, had pointed out in the design data warehouse process must solve the difficult question and so on, and finally made the correct decision-making for the upper formation leader to provide the reliable basis.This paper mainly carries on following several works:1. The paper explains public financial the DW elementary theory, On-Line Analytical Processing technology;2. The paper summarizes the application of the public financial data analysis system;3. The paper introduces the design and realization of the public financial data analysis system; used by Hibernate and the Struts technology, and coordinates the Eclipse platform to carry on the design development.
