Research And Design Of University Teaching Quality Assessment System

As generally known, teaching is the regular and central work in Higher Education Institutions, and the evaluation of teaching quality is one of the most important components of teaching administration. So, it is of momentous significance to study the teaching quality assessment, and establish a scientific and reasonable system of the teaching quality assessment according to the teaching regularity. It is an effective way to guarantee the teaching quality of institutions of higher education.As rapid progress has been made in Higher Education, the poor teaching quality has become a serious problem to be solved in recent years. As the Universities attach the importance to the teaching situation more intensively, the estimate of teaching situation has been thinking much more, and the traditional method for estimating can not meet the demand any more. So, with the increasingly mature of the CWISs of Universities and the popularity of the network, it is very necessary to develop a new system of teaching-estimate in order to meet the needs of new environment.In the analysis and design process, the paper mainly deal with the following research and design work: analysis of the university's teaching quality assessment of the status and significance; by using the technology of OOA and OOD, the author analyzes the users, static structure, action sequence and data exchange, and gets the Object Module, the Dynamic Module and the Functional Module of the system; according to the related systems model, the teaching quality assessment system design, using ASP technology, ADO database and Web architecture of each module function.In short, the paper provides a project in analysis and design of the teaching-estimate, which based on Multilayer Structure. The project is very helpful to realize the exercisable system, and offers the ideals to enhance the teaching quality in Universities and accelerates the pace of the construction of Campus-Wide Information Systems.
