At present, China's vocational education has been the rapid development, with the constant expansion of vocational education, how to train qualified requirements in line with our vocational talents also become important issues. Which improve the quality of teaching vocational education is a key factor to solve this problem one. The teaching quality assessment is an important part of improving teaching quality. By the quality of teaching evaluation system implemented, we can start to promote education reform and development, changes in teaching ideas and methods to improve the professionalism of teachers, to promote the teaching profession right development; followed can create reasonable incentives to give full play to the enthusiasm of teachers, the initiative and creativity; also can enhance the school's scientific management, improve the management level, to improve the quality of teaching vocational education,vocational training of qualified personnel the ultimate goal. Sustainable development of the school has a positive impact and far-reaching significance.It is from this thesis topic needs, specifically for Dalian staff University actual requirements, design and implement a vocational teacher education quality evaluation system.This paper first analyzes the current domestic and international status of university teaching quality assessment, on the basis of specific needs to develop a vocational evaluation of teaching quality evaluation system to determine the main body involved in the evaluation; and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) introduced to the system used to set the evaluation index weights; followed by vocational teachers on teaching evaluation system for system analysis and design methods, use UML model constructs system mainly the static structure and the dynamic behavior of the model; then use the JSP and Java Bean technology to achieve the vocational teaching quality assessment systems.The system interface is simple and clear, easy to use, to the Dalian staff University of Science and reasonable evaluation of teachers, aims to achieve the use of the existing campus network to the project of the paperless office. Now the system has been test run within the school, using the results from the point of view, to meet current needs.
