With the advance of the information construction of Yunnan local taxation,information technology has played an important role to promote the growth all work. All works are closely linked with IT application. However, work quality examination of Yunnan taxation always by manual, far behind the pace and requirement in an information era.The Local Tax Bureau of Yunnan Province's "six good" activities will create a work of the local tax assessment system into a unified standard, conduct assessment, evaluation and reward and punishment, to promote the cause of a comprehensive local tax, coordinated and sustainable development.The quality management system assessment is made based on the above background, the purpose is to establish a set of practical work to meet the needs of information systems, on the "six good" check-wide process management. Rent as advance the cause of "second pioneering" to regulate the work of the local tax effective vehicle for effectively promoting tax collection and taxation departments at all levels of quality and efficiency.The main thesis is:1.Under the "six good" assessment methods, we have carried out business process analysis, we designed the evaluation indicators of the evaluation object, and analyzed the evaluation object ,assessment indicators, assessment of functional requirements such as ledger, using use case diagram, sequence diagram, flowchart and other functional requirements expressed.2.Based on the demand analysis, we design the system, given the system structure, system function structure, the module functions, database design3.We conducted a systematic program of implementation of the system platform, project management and other issues related to their recommendations.
