With the increasing social and international competitiveness, how to foster the healthypersonality and outstanding character of talents who has high quality and innovation ability, isthe main task of current higher education. The combination of production and the schoolenterprisecooperation is another effective and necessary way to train applied talents,and is theinherent demand for the development of enterprises. Based on the practical and innovativepersonnel training mode, the enterprise practice link is very important, and the function andposition of enterprise practice cannot be replaced by classroom theoretical teaching. In suchsituation, how to appraise enterprise practice quality and how to master the practice quality, willpromote the further development of enterprise practice work.This paper offers a brief analysis of several quantitative assessment methods by applyingthe basic theory and approach of the teaching quality assessment. This paper briefly analyzesseveral quantitative synthetic evaluation methods, and selects the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as evaluation method. By investigating the current situation and characteristics ofenterprise practice with qualitative and quantitative analysis method, taking account of theopinions from decision-making leadership and experts, the paper establishes an assessmentfactor system for Teaching Quality for Enterprise Practice, and sets the indexing assessmentstandard for assessment factors.The weight of each factor value is calculated by using AHP, and enterprise practiceteaching quality evaluation system model is established. An enterprise practice teaching qualityevaluation system is also developed as a CAI evaluation software based on Delphi and Matlab,making quantitative assessment for Enterprise practice teaching quality problems. This paperprovides a quantitative treatment method for enterprise practice teaching quality assessment,which is clear and easy to use. Through this method, university-enterprise decision-makingleaderships and managers can intuitively understand the student's practice, thus make effectivedecisions quickly.
