Promotes the development of times more educated need to constantly improve their own quality,university recruitment of students scale expansion,as the college recruit students number increased year by year,therefore,the quality also became the school should be further concerned about important issues,in order to improve the quality of teaching,teaching evaluation,as one of the important ways to improve the quality of teaching at universities is also more and more attention,and in promoting the education informationization today,establish a set of suitable for the actual need of assessment system in colleges and universities is imperative,most universities to change the current manual evaluation,or part of using computer aided processing way of teaching evaluation,overcome traditional assessment in high redundancy data,big workload and error-prone,output problem of poor accuracy.So universities have to development suited to their respective actual situation teaching evaluation of teaching quality evaluation system,but the system there are still a single,backward technology,there is no guarantee of safety problems.In view of this,the author combined the longdong college teaching quality assessment of the status quo,based on ASP.NET technology,three layers of B/S system structure,UML modeling technology as the foundation of system development technology,constructing the teaching quality assessment system based on ASP.NET.From the background of system development,this paper analysis the necessity of college teaching quality evaluation system development,and introduces in detail the related technology and the system implementation process and the research,design a perfect database,put forward the concrete implementation method.Longdong college about staffing situation carries on the analysis of existing staff,combined with the college of the existing conditions of hardware and software,the design is suitable for longdong college teaching quality evaluation system of the college is divided into requirements analysis,general design,detailed design and implementation and system test phase.First of all,combined with the basic business of college teaching quality evaluation,classifying the role of college staff,system analysis of different roles and set different access permissions for classified management and improve the security of data access,divide the core functions of college teaching quality evaluation system for system management,quality assessment,resource management and evaluation of the query function module;Secondly,combining with the teaching quality evaluation system of the business requirements and design goals,design the overall structure of the college teaching quality evaluation system and the network topology structure;On this basis,the use of unified modeling language(uml)to complete the system use case diagram,sequence diagram,activity diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram of the design,the use of entity-contact e-r model to complete the background data modeling,and based on SQL Server database Server,set up efficient storage and security of database system.Design the system management,quality evaluation,resource management,and evaluation of core functions such as the teaching quality assessment system;Finally,to realize the management system,quality evaluation,resource management,evaluation of the core functions such as part of the code and interface,and by using the basic method of the software test and performance test,the function of the system verified the feasibility and practicability of college teaching quality evaluation system,design a more scientific teaching quality evaluation system.In this paper,design of college teaching quality evaluation system is mainly adopts the means of modern technology,resource management,quality assessment and evaluation of the query automation,informationization;Implement the school teaching quality assessment system management network,automation and systematic;Improve the efficiency of the teaching quality assessment.At the same time,strengthen the communication between the teachers,experts,students,teaching quality evaluation of network transmission and processing,the teachers and students can work across time and space constraints,provide scientific basis for college teaching decision,for each school teachers and students and administrators provides a good platform.
