The Research On Interaction Design Of Smartphone Based On User Experience

The computer technology and the network development have brought a huge change for people's work and the life style. The information communication is more and more important. The individual mobile equipment for information communication has already become the essential item for modern people's work and life. In the market of individual mobile communication terminal, smartphone became the mainstream gradually because of its high performance and formidable computation handling ability. Being a typical kind of interactive products, smartphone obtain more and more attention in its interaction design. Users' needs of the smartphone interaction develops from the past function realization, into highly needs of the user experience today.How to apply the investigation and study achievement of the user experience to the actual design process in the interaction design of smartphone, is an important aspect of the smartphone development. This article tried to discuss and study the application of the user experience research in the interaction design of smartphone. It also analyzed some actual cases to validate its point of view. This has obtained a good result. At the beginning, we defined and classified the user groups of smartphone. Then, the user experience information collected by all kinds of ways could be used to build the user experience model by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Then, we constructed the interactive design model based on the user experience model and related with the principles and methods of interaction design. It can help the designers to design the interaction of new products or to improve the old ones. In the later period of design process, we can use the classified element of the user experience model to collected new information and evaluate the design by quantitative analysis.The method of interaction design in this article could also be used for the design of other kinds of interactive products which aimed of user experience. Just as other industrial products, computer systems, network and so on. In the design and research of these products, we can also collect and analyze the information of user experience, build user experience model, and so on.
