Research On The TPMS Based On The Technology Of 3C

TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) is used in the facet of real-time auto-detection of tyre air-pressure when driving. It can give the alarm when the air is leaking from the tyre, high-air-pressure and low-air-pressure. It is a system of safeguard for drivers.The malfunction of tyre is an important reason that causing traffic-accident, and also it is an important thing for drivers. It is reported that the proportion of traffic-accident caused by blowout is 70% in our country, but the proportion is 80% in American. The blowout of tyre causes large economic lose, so how to prevent blowout have become an important problem of safe-driving for discussion. The research shows the keys of preventing blowout are to retain standard air-pressure and to find the leaking of tyre timely. But the research is not perfect, so we do reasear about the thesis.TPMS consists of two parts: one is a Tyre Pressure Monitoring module, and another is a centric monitor module. The former is mainly to monitor the pressure and temperature, the latter is mainly to receive the information transmitted from the former module and display the data of air-pressure and temperature on the screen for drivers and give an alarm when it is necessary. There are four or five modules in a TPMS.The article designs the system hardware and software aboratively on the basis of freescale Scheme, The tyre monitor module consists of sensor MPXY8020A, MCU MC68HC908RF2. The centric monitor module consists of receiver MC33594, MC68HC908KX8 and alarm circuit. There is software corresponding to two hardware modules which can actualize the many functions.The article also researches the problem of EMD (electric magnetic disturbance) about TPMS and gives several ways to avoid EMD. The arcticle finally simulates and tests the software system and prove that the design achieve the aim.
