According to the defects of the current Aircraft Tire Pressure Monitoring System, designed the tire pressure wireless monitoring inflation/deflation control system which not only has traditional function such as real-time monitoring and displaying tire pressure and temperature, auto-alarm for the abnormal tire pressure, but also can auto-adjust the abnormal tire pressure and parameters setting for different models, different road surface and different load. Now, it has a broad development prospects.Tire pressure wireless monitoring inflation/deflation control system consists of two parts:one is Remote Tire Pressure Monitoring module, and another is centric control module. The former is mainly to monitor the pressure and temperature of tire, and monitor the power; the latter is mainly to receive the data transmitted from the former and display the pressure and temperature on LCD for drivers and give an alarm when it is abnormal. For the tire pressure abnormality, it can make the valve adjust the tire pressure. In this paper, after a comprehensive understanding of the issues of background and current development status, based on the design of integrated project requirements, designed the software and hardware architecture; described the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ, write the software for testing the function of various module; analysis of each module in the circuit design issues that need attention; described the reliability of the circuit design; field test for the overall system, it gives the results. Finally, the physical picture of each module of the system and the field test situation are introduced.
