X-pizeoresistive silicon pressure sensors suitable for direct-type motor tire pressure monitoring system is made with MEMS body silicon process technology in the subject, different for all kinds of motoring cell of direct-type motor tire pressure monitoring system abroad at present. At the same time, characteristic tests and calculation about X-pizeoresistive silicon pressure sensors are brought into operation, then experimental results and experimental curves are gave out. The experimental results indicate that the sensor is possessed of the ideal linearity of±0 .126%F-S, high sensitivity of 24.078mV/bar, repetition characteristics of±0 .212%F-S, delay characteristics of±0 .090%F-S, accuracy degree of 0 .263%F-S. The electrical null of the sensor is small because it avoids the deviation for the mismatch of four arm resistant of Wheatstone bridge. Thus the results prove that the design scheme of X-pizeoresistive silicon pressure sensor is feasible.Meanwhile, a new solution of the direct-type TPMS system which bases on the foundation of the research of the direct-type TPMS system abroad solution in existence is came up with combining the prevail deign feature of the direct-type TPMS system at present. In the TPMS system solution, tire pressure sensor Infineon TPMS sensor IC sp12 is adopt as tire pressure sensor, Nordic corporation's nRF905 is undertook as radio frequency IC chip and low power dissipation MCU PIC16f876 and PIC16F877 of microchip corporation are took as the control center. C program language is made use of program development and debug in the software design. On account of the better experiment simulation and test effect of the related TPMS system, it proves that the TPMS solution is practicable.
