| As the computer network technology developing fast and the network application level promoting, especial the Internet using widely, based on TCP/IP protocol, make the scale and the complexity of the network systems widen continuously, so managing the network performance in the effective way is becoming an important research subject. And the SNMP protocol, as the virtual industry standard, has been supported and applied extensively by the equipments manufacturers and the users.Telecom network is the infrastructure of the information-equipped society, and the network information is the important resource information-equipped society. Telecom network has some characters, such as heavy flux, complex equipments, and various operations and so on, to work as one of the five big functions of network managements, performance management is seem to be even more important. It is not only the assurance of QoS and operation efficiency, but also an important reference. Therefore, the network performance is needed to be managed effectively, at whatever the aspect of enterprise's profile or the aspect of social security.In this research, I get at the whole course of the present condition of the CDMA1x network management by the enterprise and the business need and software requirement with this development project, and then review all the details of the performance management subsystem in particular. On the basis, I design a platform for network equipment to collect data, to analysis data and control performance management, and illuminate in detail at the side of architecture, function module, technology and tools applied. At the end, I described the debugging situation on the customer operating network, and found some problems waited to deal with. This research subject is an explore for SNMP performance management, and is also a good experiment to CDMA1x, part of the 3G network, and a research track for the rising 3G operation network. |
