The system of Temporary employment is one of the main means of human resource management of our country's media, the characters of which are that those who are temporarily employed have no labor contract, no basic salary, no working card, no reporter card, no social security and can hardly enjoy the welfare that official staff in media enjoy; their income is strongly connected with the quantities and quality of their works. That means that the tendency of news labors is coming into being in the personnel system of our country's media. Such kind of tendency has resulted in a series of problems, mainly including the fade of professional spirit of news crafts, the frequent happening of dishonest reporting and paid news, the quick and continual job-hopping, the decrease of social respect and so on. Therefore, we cannot solve the problem of news labor unless we improve the system of temporary employment and find out a better way for the personnel system reform in the media.
