High-density beer dilution systems are mainly controlled by a two-level system which contains a industrial control computer and a PLC at present. Although the price is cheap compare to the system imported from forign country, which cost, still it is expensive to spread through the middle or minitype beer manufacturer. So in this dissertation we adopt the embedded controller system to replace the former two-stage computer system and to realize the dilution function for high-density beer and state monitor to the system.The function of water treatment system for high-density beer dilution is briefly introduced first. The author selects and uses the Philips company ARM core chip LPC2214 as the main control chip Then the corresponding interface circuit, such as LCD, touches screen, A/D, GPIO , PWM etc, are added to realize the monitoring function. The main controller and interface is analised in detailed. And then the technology of the dilution systems for high-density beer and function of the dilution systems for high-density beer is introduced.The dilution system for high-density beer is a larger inertia system , and it is very difficult to get an ideal effect by using the tradition PID control. In this reserch we designed a two-dimension fuzzy controller for the systems of the dilution for high-density beer, and get a perfect effect.By analysising the system software, the driver for the LCD, touched screen, A/D, PWM output, amounts switch and UART are designed and uC/OS-II OS is transplanted. Then the design of LCD display module, output and control module, fuzzy control module and the data samplling module are analysted in detail.Due to the application of the high-performance ARM7 processor and the embedded real time uC/OS-II system, the system have a great deal advantages such as low price, high performance, high security and good merit for its high working stability, good real-time performence, strong anti-interference performance, and it is demonstrating fine practical value in projects.
