As a object which control,temperature is used large scale in beer production,temperature control system is a non-liner big lag system.PID can not supply ideal conclusion,Fuzzy control is a technology which have many successful and actual application,is a mature on theory.Some problem such as overshoot of system and response time can be resloved if we apply Fuzzy control in temperature control system.At first,the basis and background in selecting this topic to research in the thesis were discussed in this paper.Then,the paper introduced the development condition and advantages and disadvantages of control network such as DSC and FCS,then introduced Industrial Ethernet,mainly introduced the protocol standard and function and communication model of Industrial Ethernet based on Siemens S7-300 and S7-400 PLC were discussed,and complete communication expriment successfully.Researched the design process and steps such as Fuzzy pricese quantity,inquiry control chart,defuzzy based on two dimensional Fuzzy controller on the basis of introducing the basic principle and structure of Fuzzy control in detail.Simulated the Fuzzy control strategy by MATLAB,the simulation conclusion showed that the Fuzzy control strategy is fesible and effectivity.The influence of quantization factor and scale on system control prefermance is also researched in this paper.Implement Fuzzy control to temperature of beer bu Siemens S7-400 CPU416 PLC based on industrial Ethernet platform on the basis of the preworks.The last,inadequacy of the system and development trendency were descripted about beer temperature control system.
