The Research And Development Of The Network Heat Measuring System

The article pointed out the advantage of household-based heat metering for customer and finded out the questions of household-based heat metering that need to solved through analysed actuality of measurable heating in our country.We have developed network heat measuring system .The text introduced computation principle,means,method of the system overall.at the same time ,the structure and function of network heat measuring system are fully introduced. The system is made up of three part.The first part include the long-distance electric three-way valve and the sensor of flux ;The second part is controller of unit ,which complete collection,analysis,computation for a unit. The third part is the monitor,which complete the function of stakeout and control. The emphasis is unit controller ,we introduced especially the configuration and function of hardware module of unit controller such as electrical source module, communication module of 485 base lighe electricity isolator,double CPU circuit ,dual-port RAM module ,module of display , digital sound module and RFID( Radio Frequency Identification).At the same time we described flow of software .We have recorded and analyzed these data which tested by our system .The result is that it can saving energy 18% if we fix this system but not sacrifice comfortable moderation of customer ,certainly we must reform the current building reasonably.The product achieved target of design,so it has vast foreground.
