As the shortage of energy resources is more and more obvious, the environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, energy conservation and emissions reduction has become a national policy.Improving the utilization rate of resources and reducing carbon dioxide emissions have received the widespread attention from all sectors of society. With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economy, people has higher requirement for quality of life, also pay more attention to the winter heating comfort.Especially in the north, the winter heating period is longer and the winter heating is the focus of people.This article embarks from the two aspects,energy conservation and emissions reduction and improving the quality of heating in winter, to design a set of thermal heating of the user terminal instrument. Through the instrument,the user can adjust themselves indoor temperature, the quantity of heat that use up can also be reflected through the system. Change the traditional way that according to the heating area to the actual quantity of heat to calculate the heating fee. In order to Motivate people’s consciousness of energy saving.To design the system hardware,treat the90C516RD+MCU as the core.Through analyzing the function of each part of system to determine the selection and the circuit form of hardware.Be based on DS18B20temperature measuring element and determine the multi-point temperature measurement way in parallel.The acquisition of water flow uses the turbine flowmeter..On the basis of the hardware circuit,using the modular thought to design all parts of the system software and to determine the effective control method.The heat users can set temperature,the system can contol the temperature control valve after comparing the values of temperature and room temperature,achieve the goal of intelligent adjustment at room temperature. Stepper motor uses closed-loop feedback control and the encoder is using as the feedback element, to determine whether the motor is working properly and the flow valve’s open position.Through the experiment to determine the flow conversion factor of flowmeter and make calibration for flowmeter, to improve the measuring accuracy of flowmeter.When calculating the heat, through the analysising of the characteristics of the network operation we transform the integral formula to get cumulative sum formula that conforms to the actual engineering application. Diagnose the troubles that may appear in the process of work and take the corresponding processing method to enhance the reliability of system.
