At present, most of central heating systems have some problems in china, such aslow energy efficiency of heat source, lack of excellent control strategy for system, noself-regulation of room temperature and difficult to make household heat meteringwidely used in system. It not only wastes energy, but also reduces the thermal comfortof users. So, in view of the above problems, this article studies the energy savingcontrol technologies of central heating system basing on the project “Intelligentmanagement and saving-energy control of a community’s facilities”.This thesis analyzes the structure, situation and operation model of central heatingsystem in three-north regions and introduces application of SCADA system in centralheating system. It lays a solid foundation for research on household heat meteringmethod and room temperature control technologies.Basing on the related theory of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, data processing andcomputer technology, the paper proposes a household heat metering method whichbases on the mathematical model of central heating system. It’s basic idea is toestablish the household heat metering model of the whole central heating system,research error correction algorithm and program heat metering software according tomodel and algorithm. Then the software calculates heat consumption of the useraccording to the collected data from heat pipe network, such as flow, temperature andpressure. This method can realize household heat metering with installing a fewersensors.It establishes the room temperature control model through the lumped parametermethod which includes thermal dynamic sub-model of building envelope, thermaldynamic sub-model of room, thermal dynamic sub-model of radiator and thermaldynamic sub-model of exterior wall. The model considers many factors which wouldaffect the room temperature. The simulation results show that the models can morepractically response the room temperature changing process. Those research andsimulation analysis provide theoretical support for the study of room temperatureregulation.Basing on the above room temperature control model, the paper designs roomtemperature fuzzy control system in view of the actual project practice and simulationanalysis. The study focuses on the design of room temperature fuzzy controller, finishes the fuzzification of the input parameters, the design of fuzzy control rules andthe select of defuzzification. It establishes the simulation model of room temperaturefuzzy control system basing on the simulink platform and analysis the controller’scontrol effective for room temperature under all kinds of external disturbances. Thesimulation results show that the control system not only can realize automatic controlof room temperature, but also can improve the energy utilization efficiency of thesystem.
