District heating system has a good effect on environmental protection and energy saving, so a great many countries have paid their attentions to the construction and development of district heating system in city. In order to make use of the waste heat of big enterprises and provide heat energy to consumers, district heating network is utilized to transport and distribute heat energy. Because district heating network is the important part of heat energy system, it is significant to realize computer dynamic simulation and control on district heating network.This paper is intended to study the distributed control system of district heating which has three parts: center control station, first station of heat source and heat supply station. On the basis of emulational mathematic model and computer recognition model of district heating network, this paper presents the predictive model of district heating network, and calculates the thermodynamic state and hydraulic state of heating district network at the same time. In order to study the water temperature control system in first station of heat source, this paper puts forward a control model and designs a fuzzy logic controller. To connect theory with practice, the computer detection and control system on district heating network is designed, the upper computer management and control software is designed too. The software includes four parts as follows: data communication, data calculation & record management, user interface and control management. The detection and control system of district heating system is connected by RH ?NET , and can implement half-duplex communication through broadcast communication protocols, thus it can realize the function of data acquisition, supervisory control, alarm and data communication.From the study on district heating network system, it is concluded that the operating characteristics of boiler and steam turbine can be properly supplied from the point of the calculative results and dynamic simulation on district heating network, regulative effect of district heating network and thermoelectric efficiency of thermo_electric power plant can be greatly improved. With the application of fuzzy logic controller to district heating network temperature control system, the supply water temperature of district heating network can be modified with the change of outside temperature, and the state of the district heating network can be controlled accordingly, thus outstanding economic benefit can be achieved.
