With the fast development of the city construction and economy, environmental protection and saving energy become more and more important. The city concentration heat-supply also becomes the trend to the cities particularly to the northem cities. How to make the central heating system run in good states with high efficiency become an essential problem to be resolved. The Distributed Computer Supervision and Control System of Central Heating solve the problem of heating network management and control effectively.This thesis takes the central heating system of Heating company in Liaoyang city as its research object. On the basis of basic heating theory of heat supply engineering, the heating systems of waterpower and heat work condition were analyzed, and then the problem of heating control system was studied. The whole heat-supply system is made up of the heat-source and the heat-net. The heat-source provides the heat from hot power station. The heat-net partly guarantees the calorie's even allotment. The heat-net is made up of the first-net and the second-net. By regulating the valve of the first-net water-supply pipe, we can change the flux in the first-net watersupply pipe in order to guarantee the supplied water temperature of the second-net. In this text, we adopt the distributed local control and concentrate control of "suppleness control" system, implement Real-time control on the heat-net pivotal point of the first-net, local control on the heatstates, in order to reduce the equipment investment, benefit to system expansion and adjust the variation of heat exchanger station at the most disadvantageous loop at any time.Heat exchanger station is a very important part in heat supply system. In our country many heat exchanger stations are operated by experience so that much energy is wasted and heat supply efficiency is reduced. So the central heating system in heat exchanger station was analyzed and studied. According to the characteristics of collect heating system and the computer applications technology, the control mechanism and method are developed. In this paper, heat exchanger station microcomputer detecting control system is designed, the heating adjustment means of different flux in several periods is selected, the hardware realization and the software programming with AT89C51 chip microcomputer as the main computer are given in brief.In heat exchanger station second -net water-supply, because the controlled object is a complicated object, with indeterminacy, nonlinear, variation parameter and other factors, it is dittieult for the general PID control to meet the requirements of heat supply's hot water temperature control. By self-adjusting three parameters Kp,Ki,Kd on line the Fuzzy-PID controller is proposed in this paper. The capability of the self-adaptive fuzzy controller was studied using MATLAB simulation. Simulation result shows Fuzzy-PID is better than traditional PID controller. Fuzzy-PID has many characteristics, such as small overshoot, short transition time, good stability and strong adaptability etc, and can reach anticipative control effect. In addition, we apply frequency control technique in water pressure set system in order to save energy.
