Today, with the continuous development of information, how to make use of themodern information technology to save energy already becomes the important issuesthat are researched in various countries, all kinds of energy saving equipments andenergy saving technology arise at the historic moment. A series of policies, laws andregulations and related technical measures has also correspondingly enacted in ourcountry. However, there is a big gap between the automation and energy conservationlevel home and abroad in the field of heat metering. With the promotion of heat billingpolicy, the heat metering technology tends to maturity and has achieved a certaindegree of market applications. But the meter reading way that is mostly manual isrelatively backward. In recent years, with the development of communicationtechnology, the GPRS network provides a powerful technology platform for theautomated meter reading, so the GPRS network, database and network technology areused to establish the remote data transmission system of heat metering in this subject.In the second chapter of this thesis, the overall design of the heating metering andremote data transmission system is given, the third chapter analyzes the data acquisitionmodule’s hardware design and its reliability and stability, the fourth chapter analyzesthe software design of the data acquisition module, the fifth chapter gives the modulardesign of the monitoring center. At last, there is a summary of the entire system.
