For historical reason, the charge for heat is not depended on quantity of using heat but on residence area averagely in north town in our country in winter, which results in not making economical use of heat, the wasting of the energy and the deterioration of environment. With the shorting of the energy and the innovation of heating system, the problem of the separate tenement heat metering and the commercial for heat is emergency, there are two objects to separate tenement for heat metering , one is a reference for charge;the other is to making economical use of heat and protecting the environment, to the first point, which demands nicety metering of heat, to the second, which demands heat metering device operating easily and indoor temperature regulable.The advantages of separate tenement heat metering and some problems to be resolved are indicated during the analysis of heating situation at present, heat are metered by heat metering ,the realization of engery saving and indoor temperature is regulated by the electric regulable three-way valve. In this paper, the research and application of the separate tenement heat metering based on network environment are introduced, the emphasis is on my work such as heat accounting , imprest RFID( Radio Frequency Identification) and , next analyze the test data of the separate tenement heat metering application in experimental unit in Peking, given the result that some effect of saving energy are achived even the three-way valves regulation are low.
