A portable double-channel vibration data acquisition system based on high-speed SoC C8051F is developed in this paper. In order to sample simultaneously double- channel vibrations, two ADCs integrated in C8051F06X are used in the system, which is of high sampling frequency. With a comparator embeded in C8051F06X, the rotating-speed and phase of rotary machine can be precisely measured by means of the keyphase signal. To obtain desired analysis signals, the complex signal condition circuit is designed for various vibration sensors. A 5.2-inch colorful TFT LCD is used to displaying all kinds of complicated plots of measurement and analysis of vibration, which are friendly in human-machine interface. The system with large capability non-volatile RAM is used independently as a data sampling and analyzing instrument, which can save one hundred of group of dynamic waves, and connected to PC for data transmission by USB. It is proved that it can meet the needs of sampling and analyzing of all kinds of vibration signals in field.
