With the rapid development of our national economy in industrial fields, the application of rotating machinery is increasing quickly, especially in electric power, oil, chemicals industry. There will be some inevitable mechanical failure in their running process. Any one failure that may trigger a chain reaction causes huge economic losses and even serious consequences. Therefore, to ensure safety and economy of the rotating machinery operation is becoming a significant issue. Vibration data acquisition system is an important implement in the condition monitoring of rotating machinery. This paper develops an ARM+DSP vibration data system based on domestic and overseas concerned technology.This paper determines the achieving plan of vibration data acquisition system which is consist of two parts:one is the control unit based on AT91RM9200, and another is the data acquisition and processing unit based on TMS320C6713;designs and debugs the hardware circuit and software of the system, contains micro controller part,electric power part signal conditioning and conversion part,memory device part and Ethernet interface part, achieves the multi-channel, whole cycle and real-time synchronous sampling function of the system; studies the universal digital signal processing algorithm realized by TMS320C6713, such as FFT, FIR and so on; simulates the system in the CCS and tests its performance in the laboratory environment.Chapter says as below:Chapter 1 expounds on the significance of research of vibration data acquisition system of rotating machinery monitoring, analyses the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system at home and abroad. Finally the assignment of this thesis is given in the end.Chapter 2 gives the technical indicators and functions of the system; introduces several common plans of vibration data acquisition system; determines the design program.Chapter 3 introduces the design of this vibration data acquisition system's hardware in detail.Chapter 4 studies the design of the digital signal processing algorithm based on TMS320C6713 and software of system. Chapter 5 shows the debugging of vibration data acquisition system's hardware and software; tests its performance in the laboratory environment.Chapter 6 summarizes all of the works and prospects the future research.
