An approach what the blast vibration is analyzed by the near-field vibration signal hasbeen presented in the paper. The properties of near-field signal have been studied, includingwide dynamic range and frequency band. The principles of sensor adoption and the plan datarecord instrument have been presented.Based on the properties of near-field blast vibration signals, a serial loop acquisitionplan for multi-channel at the same point has been presented. In this method, the different timesample errors were converted in the process of the ADC quantization errors. The descriptionof method was given in time domain and frequency domains. The X, Y, Z three-axis vibrationsignal vector have been added at the same time. And described in the guidelines, therelationship between ADC little scale bit and sampling speed has been elaborated andoptimized. An approach Lissajous Figure to determine the time base errors between thechannels has been presented. At last, the quantization errors on the Lissajous Figure havebeen simulated.The hardware platform of blasting near-field vibration record has been introduced in thepaper, including sensor, analog-to-digital converter, FPGA-based micro-control unit, memoryframeworks, power distribution and communication interface. The control flow of theinstrument was given in the software section. The approach which was suitable for near-fieldacquisition blasting vibration has been proved.
