Multi-channel Vibration Signal Data Acquisition System

To turbine generator,the applications of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis require to acquire vibration signals of multiple-channels,and in order to analyze the relationship among signals,all channels must be sampled simultaneously.A multi-channel vibration signal data-acquisition system which base on high-speed SoC C8051F is developed in this paper.Simultaneous sampling chip ADS1278 is used as the A/D sampling chip,C8051F120 is used as master-control unit,USB interface is used as data transmission channel.To combine with analysis function of upper Computer,to realize vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis function of turbine generator.The ability of high-speed processing of C8051F120 and high-speed communication of USB2.0 was exploited.The system has features which are low cost,small volume,light weight and easy carry.It is fit for all kinds of vibration signal data-acquisition system.
