Study On Comparison And Interaction Of Blog And Traditional-Publishing

Blog, one kind of web which is composed by log on internet and hypertext, has been sprung up in China since 2003, quickly develops into a hot spot and popular behavior. It has many advantages, such as mutuality, instancy, special saying space, and sparkplug of knowledge share. All these not only bring impetus and opportunity for paper-publishing, but also great impact and challenge, from communication mode to publishing notion.Under such background, this thesis makes a deep anatomy into the communication rule of blog-based communication and traditional-based publishing communication, analyzes their similarities and differences, forecasts the relation of the two communicating activities and their tend towards, brings up some constructive advice for development of traditional-publishing in the future.Based on this research aim, the thesis begins with defining blog-based communication and traditional- based publishing communication, studies their characteristics by literature analyzing method; then makes a contrast of these two kinds of communicating activities from different ways, just like communicating mode, business mode, managing mode, and transformation of their social functions, discloses their similarities and differences. Base on this understanding, doing case study of blog-book which is an interactive result of blog- based communication and traditional- based publishing communication, brings forward interactive and competitive relation of them in the future, describes a"blog-based publishing"communication system. Finally, aimed at the real practice of publishing industry, puts forward some countermeasures for traditional-publishing's development.
