With the development of Big data,Cloud computing technology and Intelligent manufacturing technology,the types of resources are becoming more abundant.The trend of informatization and intelligence in the fields of manufacturing,military operations,equipment maintenance and support is becoming more and more obvious.The demand for resource servicing and virtualization in various fields has increased,and the mode of high-efficiency and low-consumption resource cloud sharing has caused extensive research.The basis for sharing massive,heterogeneous,and distributed resources is the formal description of resources.Reliable resource assessment provides an important reference for solving complex task allocation problems,realizing resource sharing and optimal configuration.This article focuses on resource description and resource evaluation methods in multiple fields.In order to share and reuse domain knowledge,this article first introduces the idea of ontology for resource modeling.Due to the semantic heterogeneity of multi-domain resources,in order to improve the sharing and reusability of resource ontology,a three-layer domain ontology is established,combined with a resource description conceptual model,and a general resource description framework based on multi-domain ontology is constructed.Based on this framework,from the perspective of task-resource demand mapping,a formal description model for tasks and resources is established,the classification of resources is analyzed,and typical resource examples are described.Through Protégé ontology modeling software and Jena technology,model construction,visualization and storage are realized.Secondly,the concept of capability is analyzed and combined with the resource ontology,the resource capability ontology model is established,and the reasoning of combined capability is realized through rules.On this basis,the concepts and methods of capability evaluation are analyzed,a flexible evaluation resource comprehensive capability model is designed,and alternative solutions are proposed in terms of index extraction,weight distribution and evaluation value calculation.Then based on ontology mapping,a resource matching model with a five-layer structure is created.Finally,through an example of a certain type of vehicle drive shaft maintenance task in the maintenance support field,experiments are carried out to verify the model of resource description,resource evaluation and resource matching.
