The Automatic Fire Control System Design On Base Of SCADA

With the development of national economy, the energy plays a more and more important role, Therefore a new high tide of construction of the large-scale reserve fuel depot has been raised. However, the relation between the development of economy, the large-scale construction of fuel depot and the increasing risk of fire is not separate. In order to avoid the fire in industry field, automatic fire control system is the best solution which obtains the person and the property safety at the minimum expense of fire control, Moreover, the tendency of automation and informationization in the technology of petroleum natural gas acquisition and transportation has required the synthesis of petroleum natural gas acquisition and transportation; manufacture supervision and safety, so that economy can be supervised in rationalization. At a consequence, automatic fire control becomes increasingly significant.This paper gives an account of the application of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system in automatic fire control system, mainly aims at the design of fire control system which the Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation Fang Shan oil station carries on. The entire fire control system is designed by this device according to the technology situation of the field and national fire control system standards, afterwards proposes a design plan of an automatic fire control system.The thesis introduces systemically system at first, comparing with PLC performance of diverse MMI man machine interface software which is widely used at present, raising the selection principles of man machine interface and programmable logical software besides the operating system. The configuration software of man machine interface is reasonably designed; some of the MMI figures are enumerated. And that, to some extent the application of PLC is stated.At present, this system has already obtained successful utilization in Fang Shan station.
