Fuzzy control has recently proved to be a successful control approach for complex nonlinear?large delay?multivariable? uncertainty systems which need not construct the mathematic model of controlled object and has favorable robustness. Supervisory control and data acquisition system, for short SCADA system, is production process control system and auto-dispatch system based on computer technology which has extensive application field. To apply fuzzy control in SCADA system will promote fuzzy control's practicality.This thesis has studied the principle of fuzzy control in SCADA system. By the analysis of communication method between software, the proper method of FCDS communicating with configuration software has been explored. Through the design of open ODBC interface, fuzzy control system development tools, for short FCDS, can run together with MCGS and CenturyStar configuration software. In FCDS both OPCServer and OPC Client are designed which make FCDS integrated run with industrial devices and software conforming to OPC Standard so as to enhance FCDS's interoperability, which follows the development trend of industrial field. Furthermore, fuzzy-PID controller based on T-S type is designed, which improves the control performance of FCDS.The real-time fuzzy control respectively for the three-section electric furnace and three tank liquid level experiment equipment is carried out to show the effectiveness of the fuzzy controller designed by FCDS, in the mean while realize FCDS integrated run with MCGS and CenturyStar configuration software, which realize fuzzy control in SCADA system.
