Application And Development Of Nature Gas SCADA System

This research topic, involved in this paper, comes from the gas transmission and rationing project of a city. The construction of gas SCADA system is discussed in this paper.Firstly, the function and features of gas SCADA system is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of the project the schemes is designed. Then, the remote monitor uint, communication network, dispatching control center of the system is designed. Using MOSCAD-M RTU as the core of the remote monitor unit, and according to the different types of the remote monitor unit different hardware and software configuration is designed. Using Delphi realized that MOSCAD - M RTU read the data form database. Wincc of serial communication with VBS is Realized.It is solved that the technical difficulties in MOSCAD - M RTU read the value of wincc variables. Comparing several normal communication mode of the SCADA system, the GPRS is chosed as the communication mode of the system. Monitoring software is developed with InTouch configuration software, realizing data dynamic display, alarm, etc., and the safety of software is designed.Finally, we sum up this paper and put forward its further prospect.
