Visual Modeling And Simulation Of Electronic Circuit Manufacturing Equipment Of PCB Board Level

Taking advantage of its superiority, SMT product line is widely used nowadays. The combination of SMT and Virtual Manufacturing Technology makes for improving design levels of electrical and electronics modules, guiding their processing, and realizing rapid manufacture, therefore it becomes a hot research topic.Based on the analysis of current research and development of electrical and electronics virtual manufacture, this paper focuses on the application of visible technology to electrical and electronics flexible manufacture platform, puts forward three dimensional modeling of manufacturing facilities by means of modeling tools like 3DS MAX and etc., analyzes the process of 3D modeling and the structure of modeling matrix, and realizes the modeling of in SMT product line. Moreover, the paper provides the way for transferring model from the platform by OpenGL to create scenes, designs an interface program to directly transfer 3DS model documents, and realizes the scene simulation of key equipments. Finally the paper proposes detailed visual modeling of structure, and realizes simulation of changes of the placement equipment's internal operation by OpenGL's control function.Practical experience that PCB manufacturing facilities in the modeling and simulation of electronic circuits delicate realism. The system has good expandability and adaptability.Because there are many types of modeling tools, this paper only introduced the method of 3DS document handling. But in the further design process a wide range of file format compatibility will be provided. And in further the modeling of manufacturing equipment will be improved.
