The Placement Machine Virtual Manufacturing System Based On Protel Design Documents

Protel ASCII format file will be cracked in this paper, all kinds of information in PCB file is extracted,and the Protel coordinates is translated to OpenGL simulation coordinates, according to the unified format storage for middle document. Meanwhile reference international mainstream models-Japan YAMAHA and FUJI placement machine programming software, through the Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 database records attribute and parameters, according to placement machine actual programming steps the programming is simulated in this paper. Finally through OpenGL for PCB the software simulate the placement process, and this paper develop a system based on Visual c++6.0 SMT virtual manufacturing system.To sum up, the Windows operating platform, with object-oriented programming language Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL 3d graphical interface for development tools, design and successfully developed placement machine simulation system, realized the placement machine programming and the process of simulation, and patch applied for Chinese invention patent.
