With the rapid development of domestic electronic industry, China has become the world's largest electronics manufacturing countries, almost 60% of electronics manufacturing industry is concentrated in the domestic market, which could explain the importance of electronics manufacturing industry. But as the current situation for, there is no effective contact in the design and manufacturing industry of PCB, namely the "island" formed between in designing and manufacturing, including electronic manufacture key equipment in namely for placement machine. Due to the complex mechanical motion and placement programming of placement machine, placement machine is only non-nationalization of machine in the SMT production line, many domestic technical personnel are also not familiar with placement machine operation. This system SMT-VM2011 will set relation between the design and manufacturing, and integrate static emulating PCB design and key placement machine programming and SMT process visualization simulation system, constructing electronic SMT virtual manufacturing system, also fills domestic SMT virtual manufacturing technology lacunae.In reading and query a large amount of data and documents. Protel ASCII format file will be cracked in this paper, all kinds of information in PCB file is extracted,and the Protel coordinates is translated to OpenGL simulation coordinates, according to the unified format storage for middle document. Meanwhile reference international mainstream models-Japan YAMAHA and FUJI placement machine programming software, through the Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 database records attribute and parameters, according to placement machine actual programming steps the programming is simulated in this paper. Finally through OpenGL for PCB the software simulate the placement process, and this paper develop a system based on Visual c++6.0 SMT virtual manufacturing system.To sum up, the Windows operating platform, with object-oriented programming language Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL 3d graphical interface for development tools, design and successfully developed placement machine simulation system, realized the placement machine programming and the process of simulation, and patch applied for Chinese invention patent.
