Along with the profit increase point of mobile communications turn to digital services from voice services little by little, all kinds of value-added mobile services has emerged in endlessly. And mobile payment is the most twinkling one. Mobile payment is an important compositive part of electronic commerce, the nuclear part to implement electronic commerce.Mobile payment is that both sides of trade pay through such wireless communication equipments as mobile phone, PDA, wireless POS and other wireless terminals. And payment by mobile phone is representative. The most prominent characteristic of mobile payment is facility of exchange. The consumer can pay by mobile phone at any moment, anywhere without risk of catching a great deal cash. Firstly, this thesis introduces background and developmental history of mobile payment.Secondly, this thesis introduces and analyses the most popular implementation technology, and eclicit that J2ME is very suitable for developing mobile payment system. In this part, the author also analyses the secure and cryptogrammic technology for mobile payment, analyses existing Twofish encryption algorithm in detail and optimizes it.Lastly, aiming at secure and business requirement of mobile payment, the paper achieved mobile payment system using optimized"Twofish encryption algorithm"which has been tested and analysed. Based on test data, come to a conclusion that the optimized"Twofish encryption algorithm"has improved encrypt speed at precondition of preserving existing encrypt intension.
