Electronic commerce refers to the financial transactions conducted in means of electronic information exchange through computer networks. Electric payment is the basement and the core of electric commerce. Wireless electric payment is to pay through such wireless communication equipments as mobile, PDA, wireless POS and other wireless terminals. It can extend the boundary of electric commerce from PC to wireless terminals and also enlarge the development space of electric payment. The function of wireless electric payment system is to provide payment on mobile, security identification for both sides, to support multi-payment processing system and transfer the requirements of payment to internal transactions. The emphasis of this thesis is how to build high-efficiency and secure wireless payment system on latest J2ME technology and other existing basement. It studies wireless communication security in wireless payment system, analyzes system requirement, basic functions, structure, information transmission standard, security interface and identification with emphasis on implementing bank card payment through mobile. It also discusses the key problems and application foreground of wireless electric payment. It compares two different wireless payment security solutions on WAP and SMS by practice and theory. It puts forward a wireless payment security solution based on J2ME/MIDP which integrates latest research of J2ME/MIDP. It not only takes into consideration the restrictions of the current wireless network and terminals, but also helps to found the smooth future transition to 3G technology, which simplifies the server end and makes the integration of wire and wireless network's server possible. It introduces wireless payment platform structure and project design base on current wireless network and mobile terminals. It explains the design and implementation method on mobile as well as the end-to-end data encryption by using the third party's light weight Java encryption package. Finally, it advances the identification strategy of wireless payment users according to actual transaction status.
