At present, proximity high frequency RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system based on inductive coupling load modulated technology is used worldwide. Along with a very fast speed development of global economy, especially the advancement and popularization of Internet of Things, the requirement of ultrahigh frequency (UHF) RFID system is becoming increasingly pressing. In our country, the application is still in its underway stage. In the following years of the development of Internet of Things, China will be the maximal EPC consumer. High frequency identification card is just the core of EPC technologies. Thereby, the research on this thesis is of great significance.Being a key part of the project of UHF passive tag chip development in Guangzhou industrial plan, this dissertation mainly works over the RF interface section of UHF passive tag chip, according to the latest standard of ISO/IEC 18000-6. The principle of RFID system, ISO/IEC 18000-6 standard and antenna of the tag are briefly introduced in this paper. The primary inner circuits of RF interface, such as ASK demodulation circuit, benchmark voltage generation circuit, power-supply set-up circuit, coding and encoding circuits, are analyzed and designed in detail. Furthermore, the above circuits are all simulated successfully. The analog section of this paper is completed on a 0.35um CMOS n-well process, while the process of the digital section is 0.13 μm. The working distance of the fabricated tag is farther than 3 meters and the power dissipation of the RF interface section is less than 100...
