ISO/IEC 180000 6C is an air interface parameters protocol for UHF tag which is compatible to EPC Global Gen2, it is also the foundation of future technical development and applications of UHF Tags. Through the RFID system analysis on security threaten and security protection measures, although 18000 6C using several security protection measures such as password authentication, access control and air interface data transfer mask on tag data protection, the strength of the protection measures and the fence of vital security threaten as tag information being tampered are still weak. This article analyses the security performance of 18000 6C in detail, raises the mutual authentication protocol based on cryptography and challenge-response transaction, designs and implements a UHF tag security protocol which is compatible to 18000 6C. This security protocol achieves the mutual identification of interrogator and tag through the bi-authentication based on cryptography technology; With read and written keys, dividing tag access control level into read control and written control which avoid the risks of that attackers get written right due to the access password is easy to be cracked in 18000 6C; With the design of key flag bank and other tag flags, the security protocol can turn on the protection measures to the tag according to user's demands, which can make the same tag product be applicable to each situation and can adjust the protection measures to the tag in accordance with the security demands of different parts in a same application system.
