With the development of process industry technology, the producing process has been complicated increasingly. In the producing process there are many situations in the same producing plant according to different producing demands. Moreover the balanced switching among the multiple processes has looked so important increasingly. Aiming at the Butadiene plant of certain petrochemical company, we did the theory study of the Multiple Process Automatic Switching System with the TE process model in the LAB. Based on that we did the study and design of the Multiple Process Automatic Switching System of the Butadiene plant.The study and design of the Multiple Process Automatic Switching System solved the problem that process switching of inhere plant is totally depended on manual operation. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:In chapter 1, the exordium introduces the material complexion of the TE process model which is used to proceed the study of Multiple Process Automatic Switching System in the LAB and the DeltaV DCS control system which is used to design the Multiple Process Automatic Switching System of the Butadiene plant. Finally, the main works of this dissertation are presentation.In chapter 2, the simulation environment of TE process model is introduced materially and systemic. Finally based on above the Multiple Process Automatic Switching System is studied.In chapter 3, The simulation environment of TE process model is introduced materially and systemic.
