Furthermore, the number of technical equipments is usually much big. It will be more difficulty to realize automation load control when the change happens about production load in production process. Because there exists the capacity, inertial and resistance, the controlled parameters could not reflect out immediately. More Production equipments, more far material transfers distance, and more resistance of transfer, then more hysteresis. Many devices of process industry production have used DCS today. We can design complicated control, advanced control and optimization control in DCS. And make full use of the designed condition. This has brought the new development of automation control for enterprises. So according to the butadiene device DCS of a Co.,Ltd, being question of load control operated by hand, designing the load control system for the device in its DCS. And doing the research & Development about expert system of it. It will resolve the question of more wasting on people and material, the unsteady production. And improve the high efficiency and stability.There are two parts all through the article. In first part includes two to three chapter, and researches mainly engineering design and realization of the load control system. It researches and develops mainly the expert system of its load control in second part, four to five chapter. And the first chapter is introduction, the sixth chapter if tag of this article. Every part is three steps and includes theory analysis, system design and engineer establishment. The main content of the article is as below:1.Introduce the automation load control system and DeltaV DCS.2. Deep into research about the technical flow of butadiene production device. According to the material and the energy equilibrium bring up the whole reform project in DCS.3. Deep into research about sequence control theory, and design the automation load control system with sequence control strategy and give out the whole design scheme.4. In DeltaV DCS, realize the load loop rebuilding with itself PID control module, and simulate running.5. In DeltaV DCS, realize the SFC design with itself SFC function block, finish the detail establishment of automation load control, and debug running.6. Research the correlative theory and technique of expert system. Establish the repository through the technical requirement and experience of technical people, and design the whole expert system (Programming and control expert system).7. Develop the expert system with Visual Basic program, and debug running. |
