The modeling and dynamic simulation of controlled object based on DeltaV experimental system are studied in this thesis.Firstly, a brief introduction to DeltaV experimental system is presented. Compared with other DCS systems, DeltaV system has its'own advantages. The basic configuration, work principle and function of DeltaV experimental system are discussed. And the composing of hardware and the function of software are shown. At the same time, the conception of DDE is put forward, and the DDE process between Kingview and VB is told of.Secondly, the importance of modeling is presented simply, two kinds modeling methods are refered to, namely mechanism modeling and discrimination. The steps of each method are illuminated respectively. In the following, some practical discrimination methods are introduced chiefly in industrial process.Finally, researches of three controlled objects, namely the heat exchanger, DTS three-tank water system produced by Amira in Germany, and Superconducting RF Cavity Cryogenic System are done for. And the three objects'hardware structure is introduced, dynamic characteristics are also studied. Then their mathematic models are respectively set up by the methods of mechanism and discrimination in the soft of Kingview and VB. Finally, the models of the three objects are simulated in DeltaV experimental system, the results are given out. At the same time, the external disturbance is simulated too.The results of simulating experiment indicate that DeltaV experimental system can simulate heat exchanger, three-tank water system and Superconducting RF Cavity Cryogenic System well. And it is feasible that this experimental system simulates typical industrial devices.
